For Word, one of your assignments (midterm 1) requires the insertion of special characters including symbols and nonbreaking spaces and hyphens. It is not atypical that the template doesn't recognize these insertions depending on your OS and some other factors.
If this happens, send me a screenshot or other evidence. I need proof that your document contains the correct characters. Make a note on your Tracker form for how many points were lost. I can then manually add the points as earned.
Remember, if you have questions about your results, office hour is the appropriate time to look at the assignment with me. If we haven't discussed the marks increase (via email, Teams, or meeting) then I will not be adding points requested on Trackers; therefore, if you are hoping for an increase or believe the template is incorrect, you must utilize the office hours.
