Lectures and Demos

Watch these daily videos for a quick overview of the instructions for all courses. These support the daily blog post on the Announcements tab.

Lectures for all students submitting research assignments including Student Success Strategies/Academic Success Strategies (SSS/BC-PRD), Office Skills (OSK), Intro to Computers (ITC), and Customer Relations (B1075R). Note there are a variety of optional playlists on your Courses page that you can check out. For more information about citations, including the PPT files from the lectures, click on the Citations tab.

Review videos for Introduction to Computers (ITC). Please note your lectures, which summarize the written modules, are on your Courses page. You should watch the Review video the day prior to your exam. Remember these cover only the exams; the quizzes are surprise questions.

Review videos for Office Skills (OSK). Use the practice test videos to check your answers. We will discuss the study guide Wednesday or Thursday before your exam. Remember you will only take one exam, but it's random which combination of sections you are given; therefore, it's important we study holistically. Click here for study skill resources.
