update on the "security" update re: VPNs, IP

Okay pals - those of you who are computer savvy may notice yourself unable to access ECampus etc post reset yesterday even though you've changed your password. If you use a VPN or similar security measures to hide/scramble your IP address, you will be blocked from logging in; however, once signed in, you can turn your protections back on.
