technical difficulties? what to do

Updated: Dec 8, 2022

Please email me with screenshots if you have trouble with any of the sites or services you need for your course.

To take a screenshot on a Mac, press Command+Shift+4. Your cursor will turn to crosshairs (a plus sign). Click at the edge of the area you want to copy and drag the cursor over the entire section of the screen that you want to send.

On a Windows 10 OS, press Windows+Shift+S, then follow the instructions above. Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of your active window by pressing Alt+PrtScn.

To screenrecord video, press Windows+Alt+R to begin recording.

You can also take a picture or video of your computer screen on your phone if that is easier for you.

Communication is paramount for online courses. If you cannot access something, or it doesn't work, or you're confused, or anything, let me know right away. Sometimes these things take a day to fix, so it's imperative that you inform me immediately.
