From IT:
"Campus Support and all Brands (CDI College, Reeves College, Vancouver Career College, Visual College of Art + Design) are currently being affected by a SERVER OUTAGE that impacts access to shared drives and server access from campus locations.
Internet access from the campus will also be affected.
This impact is expected to last a minimum of 48 hours, with the possibility of 72 hours.
The solution requires re-imaging of CS computers individually, so a coordinated response will be deployed by IT.
During this time the recommendation is that staff work-from-home from CS or Personal devices as LeadCentre and MyCampus are not affected.
In response to this temporary outage, please ensure that each campus deploys the following response:
- IMPACT TO INSTRUCTORS/STUDENTS
o Access to email/Teams on-site is affected – will not work.
o Access to email/Teams off-site is unaffected.
o Classes that are currently delivered remotely (via Teams) are unaffected – continue as planned.
o Classes that are currently delivered on-site that require computer/internet access need to have modified content for Monday, and plan on moving the course to remote delivery for the remainder of the week
o Classes that have non-computer/internet access activity can continue as planned on-site."
