"We've planned a maintenance event for Saturday, November 20, 2021, to further ensure stability in our core technology environment and advance performance in some of our products. You're receiving this information 30 days in advance so that you have time to adjust due dates and schedules. Please remember to inform your students of this work so they can adjust their schedules, too.

These products will be affected Saturday, November 20, 2021. See below for details and for time zone information:

ALL MyLab® courses: You and your students will be unable to access your courses for the entire maintenance window.

  • This impacts all courses, including those integrated with a learning management system like Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace by D2L, and Moodle.

  • This also impacts MathXL® for K-12.

  • When you and your students attempt to access your courses, you'll see a splash page letting you know about the maintenance work.

Mastering® and MyLabsPlus: You and your students may experience slowness when attempting to sign in and access courses.

Enhanced Revel®: You and your students will be unable to access your courses for the entire maintenance window. 

  • This impacts all courses, including those integrated with learning management systems like Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace by D2L, and Moodle.

  • When you and your students attempt to access your courses, you'll see a splash page letting you know about the maintenance work.

  • Content downloaded to the mobile app before the maintenance start will be available.

eText, Aida™, Learning Catalytics, Live Response, MediaShare, MyDietAnalysis, Pearson Prep, Pearson Interactive Labs, and StatCrunch: You and your students will be unable to access these applications for the entire maintenance window.

MyEnglishLab and Pearson English Portal: You and your students will be unable to access your courses for the entire maintenance window.

Our Pearson System Status webpage has product impact details on the "Planned Maintenance" tab. We’ll post messages 72 hours prior to the event on the product sign-on pages and @PearsonSupport on Twitter.
