NOTICE: October 24, 2020, scheduled maintenance
We're dedicated to keeping our systems secure, stable, and available for you and your students throughout the Fall term. As such, we'll be performing important maintenance work on Saturday, October 24, 2020, between 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. EST.
To keep the impact on you and your students to a minimum, we're alerting you to give you enough time to adjust assignments and exams and for you to let your students know so they can adjust their schedules. Please see below for details on whether and how the products you use will be affected.
The maintenance will take place:
PST Start: Friday, October 23, 10:00 p.m.
PST End: Saturday, October 24, 6:00 a.m.
XL-based MyLab®s (math, business, English, health science, and careers & nursing), Pegasus-based MyLabs (World Languages, IT, communication, political science), Mastering®, Revel®, Enhanced Revel, MyLabsPlus, Learning Catalytics/Live Response, Pearson Writer, Writing Solutions, Strategic Reader, and MediaShare.
You and your students will be unable to access your courses for the entire maintenance window.
This impacts all courses including those integrated with a learning management system such as Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace by D2L, or Moodle.
When you and your students attempt to access your courses, you'll see a splash page about the maintenance work.
MyEnglishLab® and Pearson English Portal: You and your students will be unable to access your courses for the entire maintenance window.
