IT's website is, ironically, not working, with the staff support portal is experiencing excessive load timeouts. This will affect you (by causing delay - hopefully fixed soon though, fingers crossed) if you need:
password reset
account information
login credentials
support with connection to third party softwares, such as Pearson, Paradigm, etc
support with activation of college licenses
Please note there was a bulletin yesterday regarding changes to student accounts - I have posted it in-text in a post yesterday and made it available to download from the tab "The Lab." When I have further information, I will share it.
