Service Restoration – Office 365 Synchronization with Student MyCampus Profiles
Description
· Synchronization between Office 365 and Student MyCampus accounts has been successfully restored.
· When students are properly started on MyCampus, Office 365 accounts will be automatically created, and a welcome email will be sent to students
· Moving forward, student passwords that are reset through MyCampus will sync with Office 365 passwords
· Student that requires their MyCampus or Office 365 passwords to be reset should be directed to the appropriate IT Helpline for assistance
