Office 365 Password Reset
Description
Multiple users are reporting that Office 365 services have forcibly logged them out of their computers/phones and is not accepting their current password when trying to log back in.
Users will have to create a new password as per the following step.
1. Navigate to office.com and select Sign in
2. Enter your email address at the Sign in page and select Next
3. In the Enter Password page, select “Forgot my Password”
4. Enter your email address and the characters in the picture then select Next
5. Select I Forgot my Password then select Next
6. Select methods of verification and proceed through the prompted steps
7. Once verification steps are complete, enter your new password and select Finish
8. Password reset complete
