Naira, who has worked for us some time part-time at the Front Desk, will now be working with Cheryl as Student Services Administrator, becoming your new first point of contact for questions etc. I will be updating FAQ posts and contact documents to reflect these new roles.

Here is the relevant information from our director, Anthony:
"Cheryl is our new Education Coordinator. Her main duties will be:
- Conducting interviews (admissions prerequisite) for EA, ECE, SSW, and MLA
- Managing all student’s academic progress and At Risk Report
- Assigning new students to the class if there is more than 1 class for a program, such as SSW, ECE, and EA.
- Managing all program schedule including 3rd party courses
- Book-hub (ordering and managing textbooks)
- And other administrative duties
Naira is our new Student Services Administrator. Her main duties will be:
- Managing MyCampus (especially, scheduling and editing marks)
- Leading Orientation
- First point person for any inquiries from students
- Generating Transcript
- Reporting new student list prior to the start date
- Auditing files for new students
- And other administrative duties
Until September 16th, Naira will still work part-time.
Starting from next week, Naira will be sitting with Cheryl in the student service office and Kate will temporary be working on the 3rd floor."
