While I'm unable to film myself doing the assignments, I have scouted some good resources for you. Let me know which are most helpful and what you need more of. Remember there are demos and walkthroughs I've filmed previously available here and on your respective Courses pages on this site.
1. I want to share a channel on youtube that I think will be helpful to you all. Professor Morgan covers how to do almost everything in Office programs. The videos are short, clearly labeled, and plentiful, so you should be able to find a demo of what you need.
2. Another useful channel is Professor Hornung's, which includes walkthroughs of many Pearson activities. He has not organized them into playlists, but you can search his videos here.
3. Again, no applicable playlists, but this channel includes walkthroughs of Pearson activities, particularly Excel.
