minor site layout changes: The Lab tab and its subpages

I have updated

  • the mapping for the tab The Lab and its subpages, 'The Lab,' 'Contact,' 'Meetings,' and 'COVID-19 Resources' so that all are in the dropdown menu

  • the 'Contact' page by moving the anonymous contact form from its original location on 'The Lab'
