Remember that you will be exchanging drafts with your classmates, so only include contact information that you're comfortable sharing to the DropBox where other students can see it. You can always put placeholder characters!
You also don't need to give your street address - this used to be standard, but employers are unlikely to send you physical mail. If you want to give them a hint that you live locally or centrally etc, you can provide the city or even neighbourhood/postal code.
Employers want your email address and phone number. If you will answer both a cellphone and a landline, include both. If you have a LinkedIn or relevant professional social media, you can include that as well.
Re: Email, if you have a personal email that's a bit quirky (read: unprofessional - like old MSN style, caitybee92@nerd.com or something) make a new account. Gmail is the safest bet, or Outlook. You want your handle to include your name and possibly your field. If you use a different name than the one included in your address, this can be very confusing for the person receiving your messages.
tldr: Unless you want weirdos showing up at your house, be smart about which contact info you include!
