For all my fellow LGBT+ students and colleagues, a very joyous Coming Out Day to you. If you're still closeted, stay safe. It gets better. My hope for you all is supportive, affirming family - chosen or otherwise. For you allies, take a moment today to thank the queers in your life for trusting you with their identity.
