Service Update – Global Protect VPN Application Update
Description
In exercising best security practice policies, please note that the Global Protect VPN application and gateway has been updated.
All users of VPN on company-owned computers will need to conduct the update. Please note that executing this VPN update is mandatory. To prevent any loss of service, please perform the upgrade as soon as able.
Once updated, VPN connections will be more secure, and users will be challenged with Multi-Factor Authentication when they attempt to access the Global Protect service.
