From IT:
· Staff or Student needs a MyCampus password reset
o Students or staff may call the appropriate helpline for a MyCampus password reset.
o Students can use the forgot password feature to reset their own passwords, which will also update their Office accounts
o Synchronization between Office 365 and Student MyCampus accounts has been successfully restored.
· When students are properly started on MyCampus, Office 365 accounts will be automatically created, and a welcome email will be sent to students
· Moving forward, student passwords that are reset through MyCampus will sync with Office 365 passwords
· Staff or Student needs an Office 365 (Outlook, Teams etc) password reset
o Staff should email the appropriate IT HelpDesk mailboxes or reach out to their onsite techs for a Office 365 (Outlook, teams etc) password reset.
o Students can reset their MyCampus passwords, which will update their Office accounts
o Students will need to have a request for a password reset submitted on their behalf by campus staff to the ITAST mailbox.
